That can be daunting to anyone.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s what NBTC was created for!<\/p>\n<p>To help novice triathletes know where to start and give them the techniques and guidance they need.<\/p>\n<p>But also to get the seasoned triathlete to train smarter, improve techniques and get to their next goal in the best way possible!<\/p>\n<p>You can do it!<\/p>\n<p>I firmly believe that anybody can run a triathlon&#8230;even if you haven&#8217;t worked out in years.
