North Bristol Triathlon Club (NBTC)<\/strong> is proud to host a Duathlon under the Triathlon England ‘Go-Tri’ scheme. GO TRI is a fun, easy way to access the sport of Triathlon for beginners and more experienced athletes.<\/p>\n

This event is perfect for novice multisport and budding triathletes. If you cycle & run and have always wanted to try ‘a new challenge’, this is a great event for you to put your talents together at a friendly, low-key race multisport event.<\/p>\n

Athletes must be aged 18+<\/p>\n

Duathlon<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pre-race will include a 15minute briefing (course familiarisation, transition and racing tips) with one of our club members.<\/p>\n

  • Run: 2km off road, traffic free run<\/li>\n
  • Bike: 16km road cycle on quiet roads<\/li>\n

    • Location: Thornbury Rogby Football Club,\u00a0Cooper’s Farm,\u00a0Rockhampton Road,\u00a0Thornbury,\u00a0South Gloucestershire,\u00a0BS35 1LG<\/li>\n
    • Cost: \u00a39<\/li>\n
    • Registration: 8.45am \u2013 9.15am, race briefing 9.15am<\/li>\n
    • Race Start: 9.30am<\/li>\n
    • Timing: Each athlete will receive an overall event time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Free parking<\/li>\n
      • Refreshments available before and after the event from the Clubhouse Bar<\/li>\n
